Megalodon - The Great White Shark

The Great White Shark is the biggest living  shark relative to the Megalodon. Megalodons are really long like a big bus. Megalodons can weigh up to be 53 TONS!!! Wow that is so heavy! Or for another way of saying 53 tons, it's also 105,000 pounds. Sounds heavy!

Usually an animal's hard body parts such as teeth and bones become fossils.Sharks have cartilage and bones.They have skeletons just like humans.Scientists have studied shark fossils and have determined that one inch of teeth equals 10 ft of shark.
